Train with me

Do you have an interest in working with expectant people and/or new parents?

Train with me to deliver antenatal and/or postnatal courses and workshops.

All around the country, and the globe, are amazing people like you, delivering services to meet the needs of families.

From pregnancy yoga, to doulas, to baby massage, and sensory classes, you are in the community, supporting families, at a time of vulnerability and change. They need people they can trust to give them evidence based information, and non-judgemental support.

Train with me to deliver workshops and support individuals who come to your classes, so more parents can benefit. Oh, and you will benefit too, from increased income, and confidence and enjoyment doing what you love!

Increase your knowledge, keep up to date, and build your confidence.

Meet the needs of your clients from pregnancy through the first year, meeting their key concerns.

If you have a bump or baby business, or work with families as a professional or volunteer, these trainings are for you.

Or maybe you'd like to set up your own business providing classes for parents. Several of my trainees have done just that.

Keeping it simple: what they need to know, and what they don't have to worry about, and why.

Keeping it real: expectations, individual situations.

Keeping it relaxed: non-judgemental, relaxed sessions.

this is me

I have over twenty years of experience of facilitating courses, workshops, drop in groups for parents and parents-to-be. From parenting programmes, baby massage courses, antenatal workshops/classes to baby and toddler groups and wellbeing events.  (See the 'about me' page to read more.)

I managed a Sure Start children's centre for 8 years. While there I co-wrote a postnatal course, Baby Days, and trained local authority staff to deliver it. (It's still going.)

When I left and went independent with Chilled Mama, in 2015, I developed my own workshops and courses, based on my training and experience.

I am now sharing these with you.
